Shipping & returns

Latvia 1–2 working days · Estonia and Lithuania 2–3 · the rest of the EU 3–6. Shipping is free on orders over {free_from}; below that a flat courier rate is shown at checkout before payment. Both parcel lockers and door-to-door courier are available.

Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day leave our Rīga warehouse the same day; later ones on the next working day. As soon as the parcel is handed to the courier you get a tracking link by email.

You can collect your order free of charge from our warehouse in Rīga, Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00. Choose pickup at checkout and wait for the confirmation email before travelling.

Unopened yerba packs and unused accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the goods. Write to info@yerba-mate.lv first with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

If a parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong contents, photograph it and write to us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund it, shipping included — in most cases nothing needs to be sent back.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return or approving the claim. Bank processing can add a few days.
